Popular Tamil actor Vivek dies at 59

Tamil Nadu: Renowned Tamil actor Vivek died early Saturday morning, hours after he was hospitalized due to suffering a cardiac arrest. He was 59. He suffered a cardiac arrest due to one hundred per cent blockage in a heart vessel. In 2009, Government of India awarded Vivek with the Padma Shri award for his contribution to the arts.
