Sydney: More areas of Sydney and New South Wales state have been ordered to evacuate because of a major flooding risk, as heavy rains continue to batter Australia’s New South Wales state. People have been rescued from floodwaters in New South Wales, with officials warning of “life-threatening flash floods”.
